Evaluation of the Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program
SPR collaborated with Urban Institute to design and conduct a rigorous evaluation of the Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program (HVRP) for the U.S. Department of Labor’s Chief Evaluation Office (CEO).
Project Highlights
To answer the project’s
research questions, SPR and partners drew from multiple data sources, including the Workforce Integrated Performance System data set, the National Directory of New Hires, and state workforce data systems.
The project required
a collaborative effort between partners able to leverage a wide range of skills, experience, and technical expertise, including Mathematica and the Urban Institute
