Keeping Oakland Housed

Prevention is the strategy behind Keep Oakland Housed, a partnership between between Bay Area Community Services (BACS), Catholic Charities East Bay (CCEB), and East Bay Community Law Center (EBCLC) to help Oakland residents at risk of losing their homes. To support this effort, SPR teamed up with the San Francisco Foundation to boost data collection, assess the efficacy of of the effort and progress toward outcomes, and identify lessons that could inform scaling up what worked.
