The Children’s Council’s Family Child Care
The Children’s Council’s Family Child Care Business Incubator program supports the launch of new and aspiring family childcare providers and helps strengthen established providers.
SPR evaluated the program.
We designed and conducted an implementation study to understand the program in context and an impact study to understand the program’s specific effects on key program outcomes for family childcare businesses.
Our final report explains
how the FCC Business Incubator impacted childcare businesses at the neighborhood, system, and individual participant levels and summarizes lessons and findings to inform ongoing program improvement and engagement with community stakeholders.
