20 Years Strong: Supporting Nonprofits to Achieve Life-Changing Outcomes for Children and Families

In 2021, SPR partnered with Fair Chance to conduct a study of its flagship capacity building initiative, the Praxis Partnership Program. The program provides tailored capacity building support to support community based organizations exiting the start-up phase of their lifecycle and working toward sustainability in eight specific element of organizational capacity. SPR’s evaluation found that this unique model had a measurable positive effect on the performance of community-based organizations and supported sustained improvements in capacity over time.
