National Alliance for Partnerships in Equity (NAPE): Leadership Academy For States

SPR partnered with NAPE to support the evaluation of the Equity Leadership Academy for States (Academy), which brings together state leaders, community college faculty and staff, and students to build capacity to center equity within Perkins V and their Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment efforts. This report draws from our qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis to highlight participants’ experiences in the Academy and lift up overall lessons learned when engaging post-secondary educators, staff, and students in equity-focused work.
