Toward Sustainability and Scale: A Playbook for California Apprenticeship Stakeholders and Champions

Conceived as a resource about “what works” in scaling California apprenticeship, the Playbook was developed in the fluid environment that was 2020-21. It takes into account changes in the work, learning, and the apprenticeship landscape itself. Drawing on experts, researchers, and practitioners, it emphasizes action over planning and summarizes six of the most critical steps apprenticeship champions can advance to help their programs grow and endure.
