Laura Ravinder

Laura is a Senior Associate in the Equity, Education, and Community Change Division and partners with foundations and nonprofits to capture meaningful outcomes and learning of their equity-focused programs and investments. She is passionate about helping organizations who are dismantling systemic barriers to racial equity understand, measure, and grow their impact.

Laura has extensive experience designing and conducting evaluations in partnership with organizations and the communities they serve to ensure that evaluation findings benefit both those investing in and doing the work. She draws on a deep mixed-methods skill set, including survey design, qualitative data collection, and rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis with specialized expertise in social network analysis (SNA). She enjoys translating complex data into beautiful and easy-to-interpret graphics. 

In her spare time, she enjoys watching soccer and dance parties with her toddler.
