About Leah

Leah is an Associate at SPR and works across research, evaluation, and technical assistance projects in the Workforce and Human Services Division. Her work focuses on the direct care workforce, disability justice, and higher education access and opportunity.

Prior to joining SPR, she worked as Program Manager at a Center for Independent Living, an evaluator at a center for community health and health equity, and a researcher at a disability policy institute. Through these experiences, she has developed expertise in making data actionable and useful for programs, writing for diverse audiences, and making meaning with community partners.

Leah earned an MSW from Boston College and BAs in Psychology and Hispanic Studies from Brandeis University. In her spare time, she enjoys watching the Boston Celtics, hiking around the Bay Area, and reading mysteries.
